About 5 minutes ago I was researching some information on Cryptocurrencies when I came across a website that listed all the latest ICOs and how they performed.

They had a table of all the performances measured in 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.

The top three performing Cryptocurrencies in the last hour would have turned your $100 into:

Good afternoon Team Propthereum, I'm supper excited to know about Propthereum. I really like the fact that propthereum is a property backed project. Am happy that the founders understand the risk involved since they have real life business experience and making room for for the small investors gives joy.

Nevertheless, the absence of definition of terms made understanding your goals a little hectic since am new to crypto, I had to stop and look for the meaning of 'Soft Cap' and other phrases so I could understand the project well.

From my point of view, simplifying the pricing method will go a long way to improve the white paper. When this is simply stated in a way people easily understand how their investment yield, more people will invest.

Suggested names of exchangers where propthereum will likely be traded for other currency should be added to the white paper. This will not only give propthereum investors confidence of exchange but go a long way to counter the disadvantage of not being easily liquidated as stated in the white paper.

I'm fairly new to the crypto world but I make myself learn something new every day. I'm slowly adding to my portfolio by investing in bit coin. It's slow progress in the beginning but I am so excited about the future and investing in other crypto currencies like ethereum. The whole concept is so exciting to me!! I'm a crypto newbie. I was a little confused in the whitepaper because you are basing the value of the token rising from appreciation and incomes earned from the property that you acquire. Wouldn't the value of the token or coin be based on the demand for it. I was confused because it sounds like your investments would be controlling the value of the coin and I don't see how that could happen unless some type of yield or earning was paid out to the investor. I did however read that you may distribute profits on a regular basis, but nothing set in stone. I agree that you cannot pay out profits if you are not profitable, but if profits are earned with the property investments I think coin holders would feel better that they are getting a small profit distribution rather than none at all. How do you link the profits earned in your property investments to the coins value. I also did not see how people that had not already invested would be able to see if you were actually paying out profits to the coin holders. If there is no way for them to know this how will the demand for the coin rise? Sorry for all the questions. This looks to be a very lucrative opportunity and I hope that we all do well. Going through the details of this propthereum I can say I was amazed. Since first they give you their credibility and why this ICO was created. Meaning they tell you the problem they are trying to fix and give you a solution which is Propthereum. Even telling you where they are different from other ICOs. This isn't a guarantee that it will be the best but it gives confidence that they have at least thought it through.

Overall, the project looks great. The best thing about this especially the white paper is they of course do not guarantee anything but they give you facts and faith that this will be successful.
